Our commitment to quality craftsmanship is backed by a comprehensive one-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and ensures your Ash & Harry piece maintains its exceptional standards.

Coverage Details

The warranty is valid only for authentic Ash & Harry pieces purchased through our authorized selling channels. Please note that this warranty does not cover:

  • Physical or accidental wear
  • Damage from improper use
  • Loss of the jewelry or its components

Maintaining Your Jewelry

To ensure your piece retains its beauty and integrity, we recommend following our detailed jewelry care guide available on our website. Proper care significantly extends the life of your jewelry and maintains its original luster.

Important Considerations

Third-Party Repairs: Please note that any repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized third parties will immediately void your warranty. This applies even if you have previously notified us about a defect. Once third-party work is performed, we cannot be held responsible for repairs or replacements.

Quality Assurance

Our quality team carefully evaluates each warranty claim to ensure it meets our warranty conditions. We strive to process all claims efficiently while maintaining our high standards of customer service.

Warranty Claims Process

If you experience any issues with your jewelry within the warranty period, please submit:

  1. A clear photo of the defective item
  2. Your proof of purchase
  3. Send both to hello@ashharry.com

Our quality team will evaluate your case and if approved, we will either:

  • Replace your jewelry, or
  • Issue a store credit equivalent to the value of the damaged piece minus shipping costs

NOTE: The repair of the items for customer in the UAE is free for one year, but the cost of pickup/delivery of the item(s) is the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the total amount refunded in the form of a store credit. For customer outside the UAE, the customer is responsible to ship the item(s) back to our warehouse in the UAE.
