Our return policy
We take pride in delivering products you'll cherish, but we know sometimes things aren't exactly what you expected.
Your satisfaction matters, so we give you 30 days from the delivery date to decide if your purchase is perfect for you. No rush, no pressure – just plenty of time to make sure you're completely happy.
Since your engraved, monogrammed, or personalized items are created exclusively for you, we cannot accept returns on these pieces unless they arrive faulty. For any questions about your custom piece, please reach out to our dedicated support team.
A few things to note:
- All items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and labels / tags intact.
- Our return policy excludes personalized items, such as products from the custom name collection and pieces with custom engraving or jewelry with metal letters added to them.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for earrings due to strict hygiene and safety reasons. This policy protects all our customers and ensures the highest standards of sanitation.
- Gift packaging can not be refunded
- Individual Products in Sets can not be returned. The items must be returned as a set to be eligible for a refund
- Shipping charges and Custom Duties are non-refundable.
Do you offer free returns?
We offer free return for customers in the UAE.
For customers based in international countries, the return cost is listed for each country in the Shipping Options section of Order + Shipping.
Please refer to How to return your order section for the return process.
You are welcome to choose a return method that is convenient to you at your own cost.
Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for orders returned to us from outside the UAE.

How to return your order
UAE Returns:
- Email your return request to returns@ashharry.com explaining the reason
- Wait for return approval
- Package your items securely with a note containing your Order number, Full name and Complete address
- Hand over the package to our pickup driver (free service)
International Returns:
- Email your return request to returns@ashharry.com explaining the reason
- Wait for return approval
- Package your items securely with a note containing your Order number, Full name and Complete address
- If you opted to use our subsidized return labels, print and securely place the return label on your package and take the package to a DHL office or your local post office that accepts DHL shipments.
- You may also send the package on your own with the courier service you prefer (the shipping costs are at your own expense).
Please note that Ash & Harry will not be responsible for any loss during the transportation.

How long does the refund take?
We process returned orders within 7 working days, though this may extend to 14 working days during peak periods.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
You may also opt to receive the refund as store credit in which case the process will be 1-2 working days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. For orders returned from outside the UAE, international customs duties and sales taxes cannot be refunded.
Can I return or exchange engraved / personalized jewelry?

Can I exchange my item?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges at this time, including rings and other sizes.
Alternatively, we would be happy to give your store credit in the form of a non-expiring coupon code which you can use for your desired purchase.
Can I return an individual item from a set or bundle?
Individual items in sets or bundles can not be returned. The items must be returned as a set / bundle to be eligible for a refund
